Shipping Location

Products are shipped from our fulfillment location in Calgary, AB. CARRYHEALTH LTD. utilizes various delivery partners for shipping orders, available to choose from at checkout. Your order will be assigned a tracking number and carrier before it departs from our fulfillment location. Delivery timelines are determined by the chosen carrier and can be accessed through your tracking number or viewed at checkout. Shipping may be free as a promotion, or paid by the customer at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping on orders about $99+ CAD is free across Canada. Standard shipping on orders above $109+ USD is free across the continental United States, any duties or taxes for international shipping will be the customers responsibility, both at the time of payment and at the time of delivery. Orders below the threshold amount are subject to the calculated shipping fee determined by the shipping carrier at checkout, dependent on order items and delivery address, customers will also have the option to choose which level of shipping service they desire.

Local Pickup

In-store pickup in Calgary, AB is available as an option for customers. Email notifications will be sent out when the order is ready for pickup.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, depending on the items and quantity ordered. If processing is longer than the normal timeline we will always inform you to the best of our ability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
